Veritas Law LLP is looking for a permanent full-time receptionist/office assistant. The right candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced law office and must have a vehicle.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- answering phones
- communicating with clients
- filing
- drafting documents and correspondence
- doing deliveries to other law offices, banks, Court
- light cleaning
The ideal candidate must:
- have a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
- have strong attention to detail
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- be able to work independently
- be able to multi-task
- have strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
