- Manage reception and phones
- Administrative work using Word and Excel
- Administrative duties including phones, scheduling, filing, copying, scanning and assisting team on various projects.
- Responsible for managing Google calendar and co-ordinate meetings and appointments
- Coordinate operations and provide administrative support in a high volume office
- Time data entry and monthly tracking and reporting
- Maintaining internal listings
- Provide support with special projects for upper management
- Maintain files for all clientele
- Mail and bank deposit duties
- Assisting with billing
- Communicate with CRA in assisting clients with routine inquiries
- Assistance with preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns
- Assistance with preparation of T4 and T5 slips and summaries and Workers' Compensation Returns
- Assistance with preparation of farm programs returns, related farm bookkeeping and GST/PST returns
- Perform other bookkeeping services such as:
o Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendors statements
o Invoices and Vendor Postings
o Post and maintain journal entries
o Month end and final reports
o Accounts receivable, accounts payable
o Payroll
o Prepare and reconcile paper based bookkeeping, synoptics, farm account books
o Special projects as assigned.
