NextOffers is an emerging real estate technology company modernizing how offers are managed in real estate. We're building a platform focused on greater transparency, efficiency, and innovation and we're looking for someone ambitious to help grow it from day one.
This is not a traditional corporate role. We want someone competitive, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow quickly based on performance.
You'll be involved in:
- Sales outreach & lead generation
- Client onboarding & support
- Marketing & social media initiatives
- Relationship building
- Startup growth projects
- Working directly with the founder
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients and partners
- Generate leads through calls, email, networking, and outreach
- Book product demos and follow up consistently
- Help onboard and support users
- Assist with marketing campaigns and brand awareness
- Support growth initiatives and new ideas
- Handle rejection professionally and stay motivated

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel when required (some overnights may be required)

Compensation:
Compensation: $25-30/hour plus performance incentives, depending on experience.
