In this role, you will:
-Partner with the site management team and provide financial expertise.
-Contribute to the strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting of the operations.
-Compile, analyze and report operational and financial information for internal and joint venture stakeholders.
-Participate in the monthly close, including the completion of monthly schedules and reconciliations.
Required:
-Canadian Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation;
-bachelors degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field;
-five to 10 years of relevant work experience;
-knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
-ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; and
-regular travel to northern Saskatchewan operations.
Recommended:
-ability to prioritize assignments, manage multiple deadlines and organize work independently;
-experience using ERP software (SAP);
-high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and
