Description

1.  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline from a recognized University. Candidates with a Technical Diploma from a recognized Technical Institute with experience in a Business Systems Analyst role will also be considered. IIBA certification would be a benefit.
2.  Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
3.  Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
4.  Working knowledge of MS SQL, MS Office, Windows Server and familiarity with ORACLE database structures and design.
5.  Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
6.  Familiarity with GIS/GPS technologies would be considered an asset.
7.  Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written in technical and non-technical formats.
