PRIMARY FOCUS
The Communications Consultant is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division at LutherCare Communities (LCC), responsible for executing communications strategies that support organizational priorities, operational goals, and a residentfirst culture. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role translates strategic direction into clear, coordinated, and measurable communications plans and deliverables across internal and external audiences.

Working cross-functionally with all divisions, the role plans, develops, and delivers communications initiatives that align with organizational priorities, reinforce brand standards, and support decision-making. This includes content development, campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring, as well as contributing to the creation of authentic stories through written, visual, and digital content.
