Yard Supervisor  RONA La Ronge

RONA La Ronge is looking for a motivated and dependable Yard Supervisor to join our team.

The Yard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lumber yard, coordinating staff, maintaining inventory organization, ensuring safe loading practices, and providing excellent customer service to contractors and retail customers alike.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support yard staff

Coordinate loading and unloading of materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard

Assist customers with orders and material pickups

Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely

Ensure company safety policies are followed

Qualifications:
Previous lumber yard or construction experience preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset

Strong work ethic and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Forklift experience is an asset

Valid drivers licence preferred
