About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, youll be the main point of contact between our customers and our service department. Youll help ensure every guest has a positive, professional, and stress-free service experiencefrom booking their appointment to picking up their vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
Schedule service appointments efficiently
Prepare and explain repair orders and estimates
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely updates
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Handle billing, warranty, and documentation accurately
Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting the team
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic automotive knowledge (experience is an asset, but not required)
Comfortable using computers and service management systems
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but were willing to train the right person
