The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking Seasonal Guest Service Agents to join our team 2026. Seasonal positions typically begin in May or June and run until August or September, depending on availability.
This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for guests and ensuring smooth front desk operations throughout their stay.
Guest Service Agents are responsible for assisting guests from the moment they arrive until check-out, providing friendly and efficient service while helping ensure guests have an enjoyable stay at the resort. This role includes supporting reservations, answering guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working with guests, handling multiple tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.
