Job Summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert  South is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing, serving, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast service while ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet before service begins.
Prepare simple breakfast items, beverages, and food displays.
Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional customer service.
Monitor food levels and replenish items throughout breakfast hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and public spaces.
Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with inventory and stocking of breakfast supplies.
Perform light housekeeping duties in breakfast and common areas as required.
Qualifications
Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
Food Safe certification is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
