We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Embroidery Machine & Heat Press Operator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
    Set up and operate embroidery and heat press machines accurately and efficiently
    Monitor production to ensure all items meet quality control standards
    Inspect finished products for defects and ensure specifications are met
    Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines
    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment or processes
    Good time management and reliability
    Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
