Description

Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, OR
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT, or related discipline)

Valid Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a practicing Business Analyst on business transformation initiatives within public sector or similarly regulated environments operating under formal governance and accountability structures.
Experience leading workshops to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements for IT/digital initiatives.
Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Experience producing BA deliverables supporting solution design, testing, and implementation (use cases, user stories, test documentation).
Experience translating business requirements into clear, testable business rules.
Experience defining business problems, establishing outcomes, and evaluating solution options for complex initiatives.
Experience executing test scripts using formal testing methodologies. Provide projects and examples.
Experience conducting organizational readiness activities to prepare the business for change. Provide projects and examples.
Experience developing and facilitating training for technical and non-technical audiences. Provide projects and examples.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Azure DevOps is an asset.
