Southeast Advocates Inc. is seeking a compassionate and organized Part-Time Employment Consultant to join our team in Estevan, Saskatchewan. This position works Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

The Employment Consultant supports individuals facing barriers to employment by providing client-centered employment services, including assessments, employment action planning, resume and interview support, job search assistance, employer engagement, and ongoing case management. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with community partners and employers to help clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications include post-secondary education in Human Services, Social Work, Career Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with diverse populations and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are considered assets. A valid Class 5 drivers licence, reliable vehicle, Criminal Record Check, and Drivers Abstract are required.
