Description

Foster a safe, welcoming, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being, belonging, and academic success;
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with Saskatchewan curriculum outcomes;
Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment;
Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress while providing meaningful feedback and academic support;
Support the educational, emotional, social, and cultural development of students;
Collaborate with school staff, parents, caregivers, Elders, and community members to support student achievement and well-being;
Incorporate Indigenous perspectives, Cree culture, language, land-based learning, and/or forest school practices where appropriate;
Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and community events as required;
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and reporting documentation; and
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and all school policies and procedures.
