Applicants should be proficient in all arears of residential construction and have
high attention to detail,
strong interpersonal skills,
strong organizational skills,
ability to meet deadlines and
work with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant would be the primary coordinator of all the construction duties and activities.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in residential construction
Familiar with Part 9 of the Residential Building Code
Strong organizational skills
Safety training & understanding of safety legislation
Excellent understanding blueprints, purchase orders
Duties include (but not limited to) the following:
Managing jobsites (single family and townhomes)
Coordinating trade and suppliers work
Managing trades and suppliers (delivering POs)
Carpentry work and cleaning
Client walkthroughs (prior to possession and after possession)
Post possession walkthroughs and service calls
