Applicants should be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Transportation (preferably a truck)
Carpentry Experience
Customer Service Experience

Duties include the following:
    Light Framing carpentry work (landings, decks, etc)
    Finish carpentry work (hanging interior doors)
    Completing Pre move-in inspections & close outs (caulking, paint touch ups etc)
    Small repairs (handyman type skills).
    Yard maintenance & Site Clean up
    Lifting and hauling of construction material
    Construction related task including cleaning, digging, etc
    Customer service experience would be an asset.

The position will include group benefits (health and dental) after a 6 month probationary period.
