St. Peters College has been affiliated with the University of Saskatchewan since 1926. We offer faceto face classes. Many students attend St. Peters College to take their first and second year of Arts and Science, Business/Commerce, Agriculture, Engineering or Kinesiology or to fulfill the entry requirements to colleges such as Medicine, Law, Nutrition, Pharmacy, and Education.
Course Description
One part of a two-part introduction to the discipline of sociology, the study of society. It examines theories and methods for studying changes to the nature and organization of society from pre-modern, to modern and post-modern. Students will be introduced to core sociological concepts used to understand social inequality, social order, social change, and globalization.
