Rebalance Physio and Dizziness Centre is seeking a professional, reliable, and personable individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative and Support Personnel. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive patient experience and ensuring the efficient operation of the clinic as the primary point of contact.
Start Date: Mid/ Late July 2026
Work Schedule:
- 8 hours per day, weekdays (40 hours per week)
- Closed on weekends and statutory holidays
- Current clinic hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (shift times may vary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Provide administrative support to patients in person and via telephone
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling and appointments
- Process payments for clinical services and retail products
- Administer billing to third-party insurance providers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and clinic area
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance representatives
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in general computer applications and office systems
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience with Jane clinic management software
- Familiarity with direct billing platforms (e.g., SGI, WCB, Telus, Blue Cross, Etc.)
- Background in business administration, bookkeeping, or office management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 360
