EnerGuard Windows and Doors Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative/Technical Assistant
Qualifications:
- Office Education Certificate or related job experience required
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Experience in the operation and programing of Nortel/Avaya BCM Business Elements Manager Phone System
- Related office/reception/customer service experience
- Data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, team player
- Understanding of office machinery ie. Fax, photocopier, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation/maintenance of Microsoft Access Database, complete with multi-user interface for the purpose of maintaining customer, dealer, vender, and service records
- Ability to learn and utilize program software within company ie. process orders, data entry, and maintaining data integrity
- Use/management of Nortel/Avaya BCM Phone System ie. programming telephones, navigation, programming maps, messaging, etc.
