Carmichael Outreach, a non-profit, community-based
organization that works directly with those who
are most affected by Reginas poverty, is hiring a
new Executive Director.

This job includes:
-Working directly with the community that the
organization serves
-Working with a Board of Directors
-Managing staff
-Over seeing volunteers
-Regularly supervising internships and work
placements
-Facilitating organizational growth within the
framework of a strategic plan
-Fundraising
-Budgeting
-Public presentations and community outreach
-Over seeing a wide range of programing and
activities
-Media advocacy
-Maintaining a healthy network within Reginas
non-profit community
