Low Impact is a well established consulting company that conducts environmental work throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta for various Oil companies. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to conduct environmental site assesments, wildlife surveys, environmental monitoring and supervision, technical report writing, and regulatory liaison. The individual should have previous experience with conducting wildlife/species at risk surveys, be familiar with the oil and gas regulations and guidelines in Saskatchewan and Alberta. The individual must be willing to travel and work on the road for extended periods of time and have a four wheel drive vehicle and ATV and associated insurances. The individual should have excellent communication skills, must be able to work well as part of a team and independently. This is a contract position. Geographic location is flexible as you can work from home; most work is in eastern Alberta and western Saskatchewan.
Must have a degree in Biology or Environmental Sciences with 3 years experience
