Description

The Motif Multicultural Festival is looking for an energetic individual to coordinate our three day festival of culture, food, entertainment, and art. The successful applicant will be expected to carry out the following duties (but not limited to):
*Coordinate all festival activities, bookings etc.
*Work alongside local cultural associations and Motif Board of Directors
*Book, schedule and order various resources, amenities, etc.
*On site support and coordination during festival
*Apply for grants and other funding
*Complete follow-up reports as required
*Hire and oversee festival assistant position, maintenance staff and volunteers
*Ensure health and other regulations are being met
*Attend board and/or planning meetings

The successful candidate will possess the following:
