ASIG Canada is looking a Duty Manager to help out with our Ground Operations at the Regina Airport.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Assist in management and oversight ground handling services
Participate in the hiring, training and management of base employees
Participate in the development and management of business plans and budget
Assist and represent the management team at any employee collective bargaining agreement or employee association
Represent The Company at a local level and liaise with various client airline partners
Represent The Company at a local level with external agencies
Provide insight and guidance to the Corporate Executive Management Team
Assist in the development and management of future endeavours undertaken by The Company at the Airport
Represent the base at any functions, both internal and external as required
Travel to and participate in corporate team building and strategic development meetings
Be willing to assist with operations when reasonably requested, at any other current or future Company location
Qualifications:
0ne-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience in management:
2 -5 years supervisory experience in airport ramp operations
Ability to work well under pressure
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to read and interpret documents and to write reports and correspondence
Able to enhance internal and external customer relation skills
Proficient with computers and software such as MS Office
Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Salary will be determined based on experience. Recommendations required by current manager/employer. Selection will be based on candidate qualifications, company requirements and individual assessment results.
