Park Derochie Saskatchewan is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance and Purchasing Manager to join our team of highly skilled individuals. As we continue our expansion and growth into other Saskatchewan locations, the successful candidate will provide knowledge and input into the following areas: purchasing of material, tools, equipment, PPE, etc. for field, shop and corporate environments, reviews with senior management, data base compilation and maintenance, and monitor and enforce maintenance policies and procedures.  This career opportunity is a full time permanent position based in our Saskatoon office. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
As PDS is a new and expanding company, we consider this as a ground floor opportunity to grow with our young and enthusiastic team.
Education
Preference will be given to candidates with coatings experience and a mechanical background, along with job related field experience.  Secondary education related to this field will be considered an asset.
Qualifications
The candidate we are looking for will be an individual with well-rounded experience in coatings with experience in mining and industrial construction. An advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools will be required for the position.  Experience with Service Database and FleetMatics will be and asset.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities. You should be a quick learner and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Your previous experience reveals that you are results-oriented and can work under pressure while maintaining a commitment to excellence in the delivery of services to the client.
