Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is accepting applications for a Sun Tree Spa Coordinator, who demonstrates professionalism and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of Temple Gardens, the city of Moose Jaw and previous spa experience is an asset.
Qualifications:
-Grade 12
-Strong Administration Skills
-Knowledge and understanding of spa treatments an asset
-Excellent customer service skills
-Upbeat and positive attitude
-Problem solve and multi-task
-Ability to work within a team
-Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
Duties:
-Provide our customers with exceptional customer service
-Answering phones, filing, and other reception duties
-Booking and coordinating Sun Tree treatments
-Responsible for a till and accurate cash outs
-Dispensing products for treatments
-Cafe Support
-Spa keeping duties, provide a safe and clean working area
-Other duties assigned by Managers or Supervisors
Schedule subject to change:
Week 1
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 3:45 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Friday 3:45 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Saturday 3:45 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Week 2
Sunday 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Monday 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
