Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is accepting applications for a Full Time Guest Services Agent, who demonstrates professionalism and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of Temple Gardens, the city of Moose Jaw and previous Front Desk experience is an asset.

Qualifications:
- Professional, courteous and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of the hotel and services in the hotel and surrounding area
- Previous front desk/reservations experience an asset
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Shift Flexibility
- Grade 12 diploma
Job Duties:
- Checking-in / checking-out of hotel guests
- Attending to all customer needs
- Answering / directing all in-coming telephone calls
- Booking hotel reservations
- Answering of in-coming emails (or re-directing)
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, balance all transactions at end of shift
- Various other duties related to the hotel and customer needs, as assigned

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
