Description

The Regina QuAppelle Health Region (RQHR), Department of Imaging is seeking a fee-for-service Interventional Radiologist (would also report cross-sectional images) to join its team of 3 other IRs, within its 23-member Department of Imaging in Regina, SK.

The successful candidate will provide Radiology services including image interpretation and perform interventional procedures. He/she will provide diagnosis of disease, pathology and any other patient conditions to aid in treatment planning.

The Department of Imaging is a busy, dynamic radiology group and provider of high quality radiology interpretations to two tertiary care centers, two privately owned diagnostic imaging clinics and multiple, peripherally located hospitals and clinics within Southern and Eastern Saskatchewan.  

The Regina QuAppelle Health Region is dedicated to learning and is a partner in the growing educational needs of medical students and residents from the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Interventional Radiology. Candidates will be eligible for regular license through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
