The work involves enterprise class best practices and processes for the day to day operation, overall monitoring and management of the Drupal environment, in conjunction with the Information Technology Division Technical Architect.  

Support items:
1. Design, testing, and implementation of processes to meet established service levels in terms of page performance and overall client experience.
2. Design, testing, and implementation of processes for the application of security patches, bug fixes, and service packs within the Drupal environment whilst meeting established service levels.  
3. Design, testing, and implementation of service level reporting for the Drupal environment.  
4. Regular reporting of system status in terms of incidents, problems\bugs, requests and changes.

Proactive Support and Overall Health Items:
1. Performance and experiential optimization.  
2. Design assistance, and\or impact analysis of new, or existing applications incorporated within the Drupal environment.  
3. Regular reporting on outstanding items in terms of pending\future bug fixes, patches, service packs applicable to the environment.  
4. New release (major, and minor) investigation, testing and implementation.  
5. Development and coordination of automated and manual testing for ongoing performance trends, new releases, and new applications.  
6. Maintain development and staging environments at appropriate levels.
