Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist at our Regina, SK location. The successful candidate will provide support for the Strategic Sourcing Workflow Process and specific initiatives associated with the strategic sourcing of Mosaic equipment, materials and process chemicals, including reporting, analysis, data management and KPI measurement. This position will oversee the follow through of Strategic Sourcing Agreements into the Purchasing systems.


What is required for this role?

* Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree preferred, majoring in Accounting, Management, Finance, Procurement or other related field. OR equivalent combination of education, business acumen and previous work experience.
* SCMP/CPP or CPM is desired (Purchasing Diploma considered).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing systems, Procurement processes, and Supplier Management. Strong problem solving, communication, people and organization skills
* Advanced Proficiency in MS Word , Excel, Access, Power Point and the use of pivot tables. Also require skills in standard reporting tools utilizing SQL.
