Description

We are looking for customer orientated students to join our team from May 1, 2017 through August 31, 2017 as a full time Clerk 3 in our Kindersley Claims Centre.  To be considered for summer employment, students must be currently enrolled full time in a post secondary institution and returning to full time studies in the fall of 2017.  

Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

Prepares and checks documents for accuracy, reviews and corrects errors, verifies money amounts, and groups documents to be forwarded for future processing and maintain associated records.
Reviews, verifies, codes, policies, forms, inventories and other documents for completeness, accuracy, retention and conformity to established criteria.
Take basic claims information from customer and enter onto GIS claim file to be dispatched to adjusting staff and provides basic information and/or answers related questions from customers and/or refers to appropriate person as required.
Process payments and issue receipts as required.
Opens, stamps, records, sends and/or distributes mail, and/or orders and maintains standard office supplies and performs receptionist functions, front counter support, operates common office machines and equipment and basic clerical tasks and/or undertake simple copy typing.
