The brand new Best Western PLUS Kindersley Hotel is hiring for the Housekeeping Department for the role of Hotel of Room Attendants
Role Summary
Responsible for cleaning guestrooms, lobby and common areas, and assisting in laundry as needed.
Accountabilities
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area
Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering
Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
Make beds
Clean bathrooms
Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order
Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallway
Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
Other duties as assigned
