Description

Sensus Partnership of Chartered Professional Accountants is a medium-sized, growth orientated public practice accounting firm with four offices in Manitoba (Russell, Brandon, Shoal Lake and Virden) and one office in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. We are now hiring for a temporary Administrative Clerk within our Yorkton, SK office.

This position will be a full time temporary post from March 1 through May 4, 2017 and may require overtime in the evenings and weekends. Duties will include:
Liaise and correspond professionally with clients and colleagues
Attend internal Sensus training to further develop knowledge for this position
Set-up files for new and existing clients and assist with completion of administrative work including the final income tax packages
Compile and organize client records; Sort through client information to place in an orderly fashion for the file to be ready for the tax preparer
Scan client documents into relevant databases and maintain organization of scanned information
Input tax documentation and reporting information into relevant tax software
Maintain various Sensus spreadsheets with status of client files
Manage multiple files simultaneously
Prepare client invoices for income tax services performed
Contact clients advising that income tax packages are ready for pickup
Work with other departments on various projects on an as needed basis and as assigned by supervisor
