Welldone Mechanical Services is currently recruiting a Project Sales Rep. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work a disciplined, structured sales process to generate results that contribute to the growth of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with existing clients to build long term-relationships and future sales
Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
Survey mechanical systems and determine repair, modification and/or replacement requirements
Estimate cost of repair, modification, and replacement of mechanical systems
Understand customer costs to own, operate, and maintain facilities and translate understanding into proposals and sales that will enhance the customers facility
Identify prospects in assigned market and promptly follow up on leads and referrals
Establish customer rapport
Maintain an active backlog of quotes to assure booking goal is consistently met
Promptly address customer concerns to assure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships
Effectively represent the companys interests to outside agents
Required Skills
Strong computer skills
Strong negotiation skills
Advanced writing and presentation skills
Competent understanding of mechanical systems
Required Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years of Sales experience
3-5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a safe driving record
