Description

Regina Community Clinic is currently looking for an Executive Director.  As the chief executive officer, the Executive Director is the primary liaison for the Board of Directors and assumes responsibility for carrying out the strategic objectives of the Clinic and for all aspects of operations.  The Executive Director collaborates with the Medical Coordinator and the Director of Operations to ensure the professional and efficient delivery of services. The Executive Director is the primary liaison with program managers at Saskatchewan Health and the Regina QuAppelle Health Region working to ensure the coordination of the Clinics programs with other services available in Regina and area.  
RCC is a major provider of health care services in Regina.   RCC is a health care co-operative providing health, social and educational services to members and clients.  Our vision is partnering cooperatively for a healthy community.  RCC is a team based clinic providing primary care, laboratory, x-ray, nutrition, counselling, and exercise services.  Along with community partners, we also provide specialized refugee and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) services in the city of Regina.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with experience at a strategic level in healthcare to assist us in implementing our strategic plan. Our leader must be passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services and about cooperative values and principles.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Public Administration, Commerce or Business Administration coupled with progressive management experience in health care or a related field.  The individual will have demonstrated success in a senior leadership role.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective partnerships will be critical to succeed in this position.  Experience reporting to a Board is an asset.
