Based at the Legacy site, the IT Interface Application Specialist is part of the K+S Potash Canada (KSPC) IT team and serves as the lead interface specialist between the IT department and the Plant Control System (PCS) group. They are responsible for gathering new reporting requirements, production reporting, maintaining and editing existing reports, implementing and training on new reports. This role will be responsible for working on system incidents/tickets based on ITIL standards as a part of a 2nd level support team.
