M2 Construction & Development Ltd. in Regina is hiring one full time / permanent Carpenter.
Duties include:
1.Read and interpret blueprints,
2.Drawings and sketches to determine specification and calculate,
3.Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, measure, cut shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes , lightweight steel and other materials, build foundations , install floor beams, lay sub-flooring and erect walls and roof systems, fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware, maintain repair and renovate ,
4.May prepare cost estimates for client,
5.Work with minimal supervision.
Experience: 3 years experience required.
Salary: $27.00 / hr with 40 hrs. week.
Education: High school pass.
Language: English.
Safety & Security: Criminal record check required.
Work Location: Various Locations in Regina
