One of our companys major business is exporting and trading internationally with China. Our commercial goods are canola oil, maple syrup, food seasoning, and ice wine and so on.
We are opening one permanent & full time position: Sales and Promotions Co-ordinator (NOC: 1123)
Job Duties:
1. Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of an establishment;
2. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
3. Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;
4. Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences;
5. Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives;
6. Develop, setup and publish advertising used to create brand awareness and generate increased attendance during each promotion;
7. Promote consumer excitement and brand connections through consumer interaction and product/service demonstrations and explanations;
8. Build product & brand knowledge of each featured brand/product/service being promoted at each event;
9. Educate new employees of product/service benefits, costing, details, etc.;
10. Maintain relationships with retail partners, marketing/advertising clients and stakeholders;
11. Manage supplies and inventory;
12. Responsible for developing, writing and presenting single or multi-market sales promotion concepts to meet client and station needs;
Job requirements: University Graduation Certificate in Business
Work Hour:
9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch time), Monday to Friday.
$33 per hour, 40 hours per week.
