Description

Floor Covering Direct is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. We are a family owned and operated company located in Saskatoon, SK. We offer full service floor covering solutions for retail, builder, developer, insurance, and commercial applications. Our philosophy, taking pride in a job well done, has been our focus since the beginning and staying true to today. We are looking for a likeminded individual to join our team. Responsibilities
*Answering phone calls, sending emails, and communicating within the company
*Communicating with Sales Staff and the front line with customers directly
*Contact with vendor order desks
*Receiving/processing mail and sending out office mail  
*Processing receipts along with taking payments from customers
*Data entry including invoices, purchasing, orders, and internal administration
*Organizing files and general office duties as required


Experience/Skills
Strong organizational skills are required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is preferred along with accounting processes and software. Training is provided to become familiar with our processes. Previous experience and diploma program are taken into consideration.
