Urgently looking for 1 full-time permanent Telemarketing Supervisor (NOC: 6211)
1 vacancy, $21 per hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
1. Use telephone marketing skills to sell food products and achieve sales target.
2. Supervise and co-ordinate other sales staff
3. Understand customer needs and seek for sale opportunity by phone.
4. Develop new customer, expand business with old customer, and maintain customer profile.
5. Develop marketing strategy, and ensure sales target achieved by different customer groups.
6. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints.
7. Organize daily telemarketing work by telephone sales.
8. Seek maximum potential customer by phone, organize personnel to collect customer information and routine clients analysts report.
10. Organize telephone interviews work to ensure quality of service.
Requirement:
1. Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
2. Should have excellent communication and listening skills.
3. Must be able to function in a team or oriented fast pace environment.
4. The ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
5. Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills.
6. Ability to make quick, accurate, and appropriate decisions.
7. Skill in keyboard and operating computer systems.
8. Success in motivation and leadership.
9. Ability to successfully coach staff.
10. Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience\
