*Job Description*
Manage the Facilities for 2 plants (Saskatchewan & Manitoba) with respect to Employee Charter, Company Operating policies.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects to modify commercial facilities
Prepare/oversee reports & statistic related to areas of responsibility (service & maintenance repairs of industrial & commercial roofing)
Active in hiring, overseeing training & supervision of staff
Plan, organize, direct administrative services
Control, evaluate, & oversee the operations of multiple branches
Oversee the installation, maintenance & repair of machinery & equipment
Schedule inspections of service work
Supervise service job; quotes, submittal, receiving approvals, schedule management, order/update materials, invoice & reporting while maintaining clients relations
Back up for safety officer
*Job Requirements, skills/qualifications*
Completion of a college/university program in business administration or an equivalent combination of technical training & experience in administration or maintenance
Proficient in general computer use & Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organizational & leadership skills
Adhere to our extensive safety policy with an understanding of SEA (The Act) & OHSR, 1996
Training & Safety Certificates: SCSA Safety Management, SCSA Fall Pro, SCSA Internal Safety Auditor, SCSA Leadership for Safety Excellence and WHIMIS 2015
Able to travel between locations. Access to vehicle & valid drivers license is a must
Min 3-5 years leadership experience in construction/building maintenance
Several years of supervisory experience in facility operations or maintenance
Able to work under pressure & with short completion times
Language of work must be English
