Description

Quill Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a 3 or 5 Ton Independent Contractor at their Saskatoon, SK location.

- This position is Monday to Friday 8:30am  5:00pm

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance check and pre trip/post trip inspection
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload freight in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner
- Handling of freight and freight documents
- Adhere to all safety and traffic laws
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Class 5A or 1A licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in loading and unloading
- Knowledge of city routes and country routes
- Safe driving record verified by a current drivers abstract
- Ability to perform required duties without restriction
