As the HR Generalist at TinyEYE, you go into work every day knowing that your work is making a difference in the lives of children around the world. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for ensuring TinyEYE has the tools, people, policies and plan in place, to achieve and maintain healthy growth across the company. This is a new position, allowing you to build on several existing base structures, as well as develop entirely new strategic plans for the organization.
