Loom & Magpie is a fine women's clothing consignment store offering designer labels, quality and stylish pieces that are well priced. We were founded on the belief that fashion and sustainability can coexist. We give a second life to once loved items and cultivate a new way of shopping with consciousness. We also believe in the power of strong local community. We loved to support and collaborate with local charities in Regina.
We are looking for customer service-minded and motivated people to join our retail store and grow with us. Shifts for this position are mainly on the weekday from 10AM to 4.30PM. We are looking for a long-term and reliable candidate.
The ideal candidate for Customer Care Associate should have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent sales/customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Posses a sense of style and able to give suggestion to customers when needed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Self-motivated and able to effectively work individually and with a team
- Proficient at working with computers
- Ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures
Bonus Assets:
- Experienced in cash handling and operating POS system
- Past sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of designer brands and different types of clothes and handbags
