DirectWest, the exclusive provider of Mysask411, is seeking a Product Consultant to join our Marketing team. We are eager to find a high performing, detail-oriented and multi-talented professional. Working with stakeholders in Marketing and across DirectWest, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be confident to excel with key responsibilities, which may include the following:
    Conducting market research to understand opportunities and challenges local small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) face and consumer and user behaviour and digital trends, particularly in mobile. Insights will help create ideas and support recommendations to evolve DirectWests offerings and web/app channels.

    Consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously develop and enhance DirectWests digital platforms and its product and service suites.
    Utilizing digital tools, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, to analyse the performance of DirectWests social media and digital campaigns; web and app usage of its platforms (analytics and patterns); and sales to uncover trends and make recommendations to achieve targets.
    Contributing to internal and external promotional activities, including developing and executing social media strategy and producing content for directwest.com.
    Preparing and presenting materials to support our Sales colleagues, including competitive data, product literature, training guides and market / digital insights.

Candidates should possess a Business Administration or Commerce degree (major in Marketing) and related experience.
