DriveNation, Canada's Used Vehicle Centre, has seen tremendous growth and opportunity and we are now looking for to hire a full-time Assistant Store Manager at our NEW DriveNation Yorkton dealership.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager and/or General Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will:
-Provide leadership to the variable operations of the dealership by managing and supervising the Product Specialists and other Dealership staff as assigned
-Assist Product Specialists with closing deals and ensuring units are ready for delivery
Be responsible to execute the business plan for the dealership
-Ensure the smooth functioning and financial performance and profitability of the Dealership

What we need from you:
-Seasoned manager with considerable sales and customer service experience
-Skilled at relationship management with other managers, lenders, peers and employees
-Proven track record of delivering results
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Outstanding entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
-Successful experience with CRM tools
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
-You must have vision to know what we need for continued growth and the skill to manage that growth
