Purpose of the Job:
Coordinate, document, and perform internal and
external transfer of goods. Monitor quality and
quantity of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Assemble packages for external customers and
arrange delivery.
Supply materials to internal customers.
Control quality of all received goods.
Document withdrawals, returned goods, and internal
location transfers.
Other duties and responsibilities:
Monitor accuracy of inventory counts.
Operate a forklift.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to locate and identify goods by part
number, description, and/or location.
Must be a clear and effective communicator, in
both writing and speech.
Must be able to interpret work orders, blueprints,
and manuals.
Working Conditions:
May involve heavy lifting.
This position requires shiftwork.
