Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst (12 month term) at our Regina, SK location. The successful candidate will be a part of the Potash Central Operations Team that will participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes as well as variance analysis of actual costs.

What will you be working on?
* Participate in the budget and forecast development processes within the Finance Operations team. Analyze and monitor financial performance and work with management to understand performance from the perspective of historical result, recent trend analysis, and comparison to defined metrics where possible.
* Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes by leading and coordinating in-depth analysis of Potash Operations financial results (current results versus expectations and past performance and analyzing main drivers for deviations in performance) and the preparation of supporting analysis and material required by management for both internal and external audiences.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelors degree required. Major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
* CPA designation required.
* 5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
* Strong understanding of financial management principles and methods.
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
