Open Road Recreation is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service & Parts Advisor. This is an immediate opening, so we are seeking a reliable, honest, organized and detail-oriented individual who can join the team and hit the ground running. We are looking for someone who is organized, has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and can demonstrate outstanding customer service on a consistent basis within a team.

This position will mainly be comprised of interaction with shop staff, outside retail customers and vendors, so excellent people skills are a must. You will work with and support our Service team to ensure that filled work orders are accurate, processed efficiently and properly. Having a strong understanding of dealer software will be considered an asset. A mechanical background or automotive technical knowledge will be very beneficial in this position.

Minimum Requirements:
    Previous Service & Parts Advisor experience is preferred
    Previous automotive background is an asset
    The ability to work in a busy environment
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
    The ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled
