Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires an Accounts Receivable Administrator at their Head Office in Saskatoon, SK.
Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Create daily load manifests for specific loads
- Coding and entry of A/P invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing and adjustments
- Monitor customer deliveries and paperwork to ensure compliance
- Tracing of customer products
- Contact customers regarding past due invoices and reconcile accounts
- Administrative duties as required
- Set up new accounts
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills 60 wpm
- Previous experience in collections and credit is an asset
- Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
