Fountain Tire is searching for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our Saskatoon Location as an Assistant Store Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have dreams of store ownership and be:
-An experienced tire and/or mechanical professional with experience in an Assistant Store Manager,  Service Advisor or Service Manager type role
-Driven to succeed
-Fiscally responsible, self-confident and have excellent time management skills
-Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing and high-volume environment

At Fountain Tire, the Assistant Manager supports their local owner in all facets of store operations. Responsibilities will include:
-Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with Fountain Tire customers to build existing and new business
-Recommending tire and mechanical services to customers
-Ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained in store using proper inventory control
-Assisting in identifying and following up on outstanding accounts
-Supporting the selection and development of a skilled and knowledgeable team
-Delegating duties and responsibilities to associates and providing feedback and direction as required
